A couple of weeks ago, Palm introduced its latest - and most expensive - smartphone, the Treo Pro. You can now pre-order the PDA pioneer's latest and greatest directly from the source here.

The sleek new obsidian black Treo Pro will set you back $549. It won't be available for less, in the U.S. at least, as Palm is only offering the Treo Pro unlocked, which means you can use it with T-Mobile or AT&T or any other GSM carrier of your choice, and not directly through a wireless carrier.

Palm says if you order the Treo Pro now, it'll ship on the 23rd.

See here and here to learn more about the Treo Pro and see it is to your liking.
