Can't Let Go of the Radio? Then Give the Motorola Ming a Try

The feature that caught our eye on the Motorola A1200 (also known as the Ming) is about as old school as technology gets: an FM receiver. Sure, it's got Bluetooth, a touch screen, a 2 megapixel camera, MP3/4 player and all the other standard smartphone features you'd expect. But an FM receiver? That means you can actually listen to the radio in real time, as it's being broadcast, without gobbling up your data plan or waiting for re-buffering. And, archaic though it may seem, in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency, it's likely to be the FM band that relies critical local information first.
