The latest edition of RIM's BlackBerry Connection newsletter includes some useful tips to help you transfer videos, songs, documents or other files from your BlackBerry to your computer and, by extension, load your smartphone with media files from your desktop. You can transfer files directly by connecting your BlackBerry to your computer and using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, for example. There's also the mass storage mode option or - even - Bluetooth, which can be used to send or receive files wirelessly.

See here for the full lowdown.
