MantraGroup Inc., a provider of mobile software solutions, has released Causerie Messenger for Windows Mobile Pocket PC devices.
The application enables users to login to six different public messenger accounts (e.g. MSN, AOL, Yahoo, Jabber, ICQ, IRC, Google Talk, Sametime and LCS 2003) simultaneously and two accounts of the same instant messaging type at the same time Causerie Messenger provides a single point of access to view all contacts (buddies) on your mobile phone and even chat with them irrespective of the network they belong. You can determine the presence & status of a buddy as well.
It also allows you to receive your instant messages while using other applications, and - in a Premier edition – offers support for roBots that enable users to access information (e.g. news and info on stocks, weather, traffic, and quotes, as well as Amazon searches, eBay, dictionary, Fedex tracking, etc.). There are also customizable skins, pre-defined message support, as well as e-mail notifications.
The Premier version sells for $29.95 and a Standard edition, without bot support, for $19.95. Related Links:
