This tip, from Palm, Inc.'s Support Knowledge Library, should prove helpful to those with a lot of files on their device or memory card. Follow the instructions below to browse the contents of your smartphone from your desktop computer. - Connect your smartphone to your desktop PC. - In the Windows taskbar, click on the green ActiveSync icon. Select Open Microsoft ActiveSync. - In the Microsoft ActiveSync window, click Explore. - The Mobile Device window for your smartphone will open. Now you can browse the files on your device as you would any desktop PC files.
Note: When you double-click a folder in the Mobile Device folder, it may take a few seconds for it to open.
