Ringo, a ringtone manager from Electric Pocket for Palm, Inc's Palm OS and Pocket PC Treos, is now generally available for Windows Mobile Smartphones.

These are Microsoft-based handsets without touch screens, and include smartphones like the Samsung BlackJack, Cingular 3125 and 2125, and the T-Mobile Dash and SDA.

With Ringo, users can use MP3 or WMA files as ringtones and assign ringtones to individual callers or groups of callers. You may also assign alert tones to specific groups and contacts for SMS messages.

The $19.95 application ships with 50 free ringtones.
