DUH
To the first dummy that said this is not "REAL" web on the Dash phone ur dumb. You have to connect via wireless internet aka WIFI and you have to get the hotspot pack for 19.99 per mo. Get a brain.

i love this phone
I love my dash... i dont care for the volume strip so i turned it off. I also acquired an adaptor for the headphone issue so I am made.
love my phone....!

phone is so so
this phone is just ok. i recently switched from a sidekick to the dash and if ur like me amd you mainly use a pda or smartphone for the internet you will be highly disappointed. this phone unlike the sidekick is mainly mobile net and not REAL web browsing whuch sucks tremendously. i enjoy message blogging which is extremely difficult to do on this phone because it wont allow you to access certain subject boxes and the myspace is crap. i just have to say the web browsing is horrible

Defective
I was fairly impressed with this phone, and still learning all of the functions, when suddenly, it cracked. I had placed it on a table in a restaurant. A few minutes later, I reached for it to check the time and the screen was all-white and there was a crack in the lcd display. I then went online to other sites. It seems this isn't just a coincidence.
I'm told that if I pay $110, I can get another lemon to replace this one, until that breaks, too. Then it's another $110, and another $110, and all of a sudden we have a scam-cycle.I miss my Treo :-(
