Failed after 6 months - Do Not Buy Cingular 3125
I bought the Cingular 3125 in November 2006. It was a great phone until the usb socket failed. This socket is used for battery charger, data download, and ear phones. Called Cingular and HTC they both denied the problem, thus they did not honor their warranty. It would cost me $295 to replace. I went back to my old Motorola phone which works great. I am waiting for the new Apple iPhone.

I like it, but?
When I first saw this phone I knew I had to have it. It is stylish, lightweight, and does soooo much; however, at times the phone gives off a high pitched whistle, similar to that of a hearing aid, that is being adjusted and often I hear an echo when talking on the phone. This is scary since Cingular would not insure the phone. If I turn it off and power it back up--it corrects itself. Besides that, it's great.
