Cool but?
I'm an early adopter of technology, I live in this business in the video world. The phone is feature rich and the fact it runs Windows makes it fairly easy to drive. Support from third parties is promised but not there yet. I use Good Technology for E-Mail and it won't be supported for a month, which can be sooner or later as software goes. The phones ActiveSync required finding a RNDIS driver for Windows. The install doesn't find it. Searching the web led to a page requiring Microsoft help as it's a limited support service. I then searched the Windows directory and found it in System32/drivers so it installed. It also reported that the device was a beta and something about removing a tag but I couldn't catch the baloon as it timed out too quickly. The phone's Digtal only has left me on the fringe of service many times here in Charlotte and on a trip to Tampa. FL. Other than those small issues, it's Windows so you always find something not right, the phone has behaved well. No resets or unexpected responses - yet. Battery life is typical to the Treo, about a day with light to moderate calls and data service. Overall I'm satisfied. Haven't received a Verizon service bill so I don't know what I'll actually pay per month. I have the 1350 Minutes, Unlimited data nad 50 Text messages.
