French2Hand is the first in a series of mobile knowledge channel language courses from Learn2Hand and AvantGo. It is available for Pocket PC, Palm OS and Symbian devices.

According to the companies, the channel provides AvantGo users with quick and easy French lessons for a variety of situations. Within the channel, users work through a scenario, designed as a twenty-minute course that teaches and tests their French knowledge. Users can then purchase additional courses or "nuggets" to cover other popular scenarios such as eating out, business travel or looking for real estate property.

Additional learning nuggets can be purchased for 4 pounds English, or about $6.50 American.
