Good product but? 1) There is no control on how the names will appear on your phone. "Smith; Joe" is writen as "Joe Smith" in the phone. "Smith, Joe" is written as "Smith Joe", loosing the coma. In both cases the read operations returns the data as it is in the phone. 2) Also, all non-english characters are lost in the read or write operations. 3) The connection fails to work at the first try sometimes.
