FrogPad to Showcase One-Handed Keyboards

FrogPad Inc. plans to showcase its keyboards during COMDEX next week. The company said its keyboard's offers one-handed data entry for any tablet PC and virtually any mobile device. Among FrogPad's products featured during COMDEX will be a keyboard for handheld devices designed by design agency IDEO.

According to the company's website said "FrogPad" is a 20-key device that uses simultaneous key function change technology to emulate a full-size keyboard, and requires a fraction of the physical space. FrogPad said its data entry technology, keyboard layout and algorithms will be licensed to wireless service providers and manufacturers through a multi-phase pilot, integration and deployment process. Kaizen FrogPad, licensee, has manufactured FrogPad keyboards which are slate to be sold through a variety of retail partners and will be offered for evaluation to industry analysts.
